Dorset Maple Reserve
Nestled on hundreds of forested acres with tens of thousands of sugar maples, Dorset Maple Reserve crafts maple syrup, maple sugar and cream-style maple products. We feature their smoked and single-malt aged syrups as a signature Vermont sweet note on the restaurant’s menu.
