Every weekend in June, Copper Grouse at Kimpton Taconic Hotel celebrates PRIDE with a colorful lineup of spritzes and mimosas—each inspired by the PRIDE flag and crafted for guests 21+. $1 from every cocktail supports The Trevor Project, providing 24/7 crisis support to LGBTQ+ youth.

Copper Grouse is serving up some serious sunshine with their brand new Lemonade Stand! The Lemonade Stand takes over the hotel’s beautiful terrace, offering comfortable seating. The Green features yard games, Adirondack chairs, and views of the Taconic Mountain Range. Get ready to pucker up for a selection of freshly squeezed lemonades and limeades, both zero-proof and spiked. Because, as everyone knows, when life gives you lemons, you can easily make lemonade.

Keeping it local and fresh! A portion of proceeds from the sale of all Copper Grouse Lemonade Stand beverages will be donated to the Manchester Farmers Market.
